One-on-one coaching packages are designed to help you create more of what you want in your family life.  Combining coaching and teaching, Heather will guide you through the process to orient your mindset for success.  6 sessions or 3 months cover foundational life skills while applying the teaching to help you achieve your goals.  Create Space for you and your kids to live with more time, joy, fun, love, confidence, courage, and  (add your desire here)!

My hour with Heather was helpful. She began with a guided meditation that helped me realize my root emotion that I wanted to address in our hour together. Her positivity and optimism helped to calm my nerves and see that my problem was solvable. Her patience was appreciated through my anxious unloading. She broke down my issue into manageable pieces. Her loving spirit was inspiring!
